Is there talc in any of your products?
No. None of our formulations contain talc. Every Melissa Alchemy product is formulated free of talc, parabens, sulphates, and synthetic fragrance.

Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. Melissa Alchemy is a cruelty-free brand. We never test on animals and none of our ingredient suppliers conduct animal testing.

Can I recycle my packaging?
Yes. Our glass bottles and jars are fully recyclable. Our outer cartons are made from FSC-certified paper. Please rinse containers before recycling.

What is the shelf life of my product?
Most Melissa Alchemy products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Please refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on each product for specific guidance.

Are your products hypoallergenic?
Our products are formulated with gentle, plant-based ingredients and are suitable for most skin types including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before first use, especially if you have known allergies.

Do your products contain fragrance?
Our products do not contain synthetic fragrance. Any scent you notice comes from the natural essential oils and botanical extracts used in our formulations.

Yes. Our products are designed to work beautifully together as part of a complete skincare ritual. We recommend layering from lightest to richest — cleanser, treatment, then moisturiser — for the best results.
