This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains our shipping coverage, order processing, delivery timelines, failed delivery handling, and exchange or replacement conditions for Melissa Alchemy orders.

This policy applies to purchases made on melissaalchemy.com.

Melissa Alchemy currently ships within India to serviceable pin codes only.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. During sales, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery Timeline

Orders will then take 2–10 days depending on the delivery location. These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping above a specified order value.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct name, phone number, and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, where enabled.

Failed Delivery and Return to Origin

If the delivery partner is unable to deliver due to repeated failed attempts, refusal, or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after product receipt and verification.

Exchange and Replacement

We may approve an exchange or replacement only where the wrong product was delivered, the product was received in damaged condition, an expired product was delivered, or a product was missing from the package.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges for opened or used products, products damaged due to misuse or personal handling, or requests based solely on personal preference, fragrance, texture, or expected results.

Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours / 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos and unboxing evidence where available, by emailing info@melissaalchemy.com.
